In order to ensure superior product quality at Badenhop Fleisch the quality management system we have in place follows a multi-stage quality assurance process:
1. Exclusive procurement of raw material from EU approved slaughterhouses and cutting plants.
2. Supervision of our production by state veterinary authorities
3. Continuous implementation of internal and external quality controls
By operating in conjunction with the GMP+ B2 standard and using HACCP concept, we have the ability to trace the origins of every finished product as far as the origin of the raw product.
